Flour-less Chocolate-Almond cake with Rose poached Pears and Cinnamon Spiked Nova Scotia Honey, paired with Grand Pre’s Ortega Icewine which shows characteristics of exotic spices, floral notes, apricot jam, and honey, with just a touch of smoke.
