Curling at Grand Pre

Yep. You read it correctly – Grand Pre Winery is holding it’s first ever Charity Paint Can Curling event this coming Sunday during the Nova Scotia Winter Icewine Festival. Teams of four will compete on the outdoor rink and the winners’ choose the charity of their choice to donate their winnings. Entry is $50/group and the “bonspiel” will run from 1:00 – 4:00pm. Grab your slider, your broom and get ready for some icy fun – oh and we can almost guarantee that there will be some Icewine tasting involved too.
