Join us as winemaker Gina Haverstock straps on her snowshoes (or cross country skis) to take guests on a guided tour of our snowy vineyard! We’ve teamed up with the chefs at The Port Pub to offer you classic cozy pairings along the way. At the halfway point of the tour, homemade hot cocoa and sweet treats will be awaiting you as you take in the breath-taking views of the Gaspereau Valley.

To finish off the tour, warm up by the bonfire and enjoy a locally-sourced, Icewine-inspired, menu including: on-site smoked fish with an Icewine glaze, gourmet baked beans, biscuits and Icewine butter, Icewine/wine samples and specialty s’mores.

Snowshoe rentals available but please feel free to bring your own skis or snowshoes. Dress warm and bring your camera for the breath-taking view.
