Gaspereau Valley Fibres and their neighbours, L’Acadie Vineyards, invite you to take part in the Icewine Festival – right at the Farm Wool Shop! For two weekends in February, enjoy a sample of L’Acadie Vineyard’s Ripasso-style Innovation Series Red wine served up by Ian as he “spins you a yarn”. Also be sure to sample the local lamb stew, and other tasty morsels prepared for you by Chef Brit, all for no charge.
Time: 12:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.

After your tasting, tour the wool shop to see what other yarns you may find. Both wine and lamb will be available for purchase as well. Come celebrate winter in the valley with this superb festival.
