February 3rd or 4th: Join us for an evening of Spatzli, Cheese Fondue and Raclette topped off with Icewine and specialty coffee around the bonfire on our beautiful pergola!
Event includes, appetizer, cheese fondue or raclette as main, dessert and a glass of Icewine or specialty coffee around the bonfire. 5:00p.m. to 9:00p.m. each evening.

Cost: $50/person (not including HST, grat or extra beverages)

Warm Spaetzli and Arugula Salad with crisp shallots and creamy L’Acadie vinaigrette
Local free range Chicken and Spaetzli Soup with fresh herbs
Choice of Main Course
Cheese Fondue, a hot mixture of finest Swiss cheeses, served with bread
Raclette, served with fingerling potatoes, cornishon, pear, pineapple and tomato
Choice of Dessert
Sticky Toffee Pudding, with caramel sauce and whipped cream
Milk Chocolate Mousse, with fresh raspberries
